Shaquille O'Neal

Shaquille Rashaun O'Neal, nicknamed "Shaq", is one of the American professional basketball player for the NBA's Boston Celtics. Standing 7 ft 1 in high and weighing 325 pounds, he is one of the heaviest players always to play in the NBA. Throughout his 18 year career, O'Neal has used his size and power to overpower opponents for points and rebounds. After the leaving of Lindsey Hunter on March 5, 2010, O'Neal became the oldest active player in the NBA. He was drafted by the Orlando Magic with the first overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft. He speedily became one of the top centers in the league, winning Rookie of the year in 1992–93 and later leading his team to the 1995 NBA Finals. After four years with the Magic, O'Neal signed as a free manager with the Los Angeles Lakers.

He won three successive championships, playing alongside Kobe Bryant, in 2000, 2001, and 2002. O'Neal's relationship with Bryant eventually declined into a feud, leading to O'Neal's trade to the Miami Heat in 2004. He won his fourth NBA championship in 2006, but was deal midway through the season a year and a half later to the Phoenix Suns. After a season-and-a-half with the Suns, O'Neal was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he played beside LeBron James in the 2009–10 season. He has released four rap albums, with his first, Shaq Diesel, going platinum. He has also show in numerous films and has starred in his own reality shows, Shaq's Big Challenge and Shaq Vs.

LeBron Raymone James is a American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association. Nicknamed "King James", he was a three-time "Mr. Basketball" of Ohio in high school, and was greatly promoted in the national media as a future NBA superstar while a sophomore at St. Vincent – St. Mary High School. At just 18, he was chosen with the number one pick in the 2003 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers and signed a shoe agreement with Nike before his professional debut. Listed as a small forward, James has put numerous youngest player records since joining the league. He was named the NBA Rookie of the Year in 2003–04, NBA mainly Valuable Player in 2008–09 and 2009–10.

He has been both All-NBA selection and an All-Star every one season since 2005. In 2010, a much-exposed free agency process ended with James going to the Miami Heat. He became the third reigning NBA MVP to alter teams and the first since Moses Malone in 1982. The focal point of the Cleveland offense, James led the team to successive playoff appearances from 2006 through 2010. In 2007, the Cavaliers superior to the Conference Finals for the first time since 1992 and to the NBA Finals for the first time in franchise history. James has been an associate of the USA national team, winning a bronze medal at the 2004 Olympics and gold at the 2008 Olympics.

Michael Jordan

His biography on the National Basketball Association (NBA) website states, "By acclamation, Michael Jordan is the utmost basketball player of all time." Jordan was one of the most efficiently marketed athletes of his generation and was instrumental in popularizing the NBA around the world in the 1980s and 1990s. Where he led the Tar Heels to a National Championship in 1982, Jordan attached the NBA's Chicago Bulls in 1984. He speedily emerged as a league star, entertaining crowds with his prolific scoring. His leaping capability, illustrated by performing slam dunks from the free throw line in slam dunk contests, earned him the nicknames "Air Jordan" and "His Airness".

He gained a standing for being one of the best defensive players in basketball. In 1991, he won his first NBA championship with the Bulls, and followed that success with titles in 1992 and 1993, securing a "three-peat". Although Jordan abruptly retired from basketball at the beginning of the 1993–94 NBA season to follow a career in baseball, he rejoined the Bulls in 1995 and led them to three extra championships as well as an NBA-record 72 usual season wins in the 1995–96 NBA season. Jordan retired for a second time in 1999, but returned for two more NBA seasons in 2001 as an associate of the Washington Wizards.

Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bean Bryant is an American professional basketball player who plays shooting protector in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Los Angeles Lakers. He decided to declare his eligibility for the NBA Draft upon graduation, and was chosen with the 13th overall pick in the 1996 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets, then traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. He was awarded the regular season's Most Valuable Player Award (MVP). After losing in the 2008 NBA Finals, Bryant led the Lakers to two successive championships in 2009 and 2010, and was named NBA Finals MVP on both occasions.

In 2010, Bryant became the all-time foremost scorer in Lakers franchise history. He is a twelve-time member of the All-NBA team and ten-time All-Defensive team. In 2008, he won a gold medal at the 2008 Olympics as an affiliate of the USA national team. Bryant was named NBA player of the decade by TNT and Sporting News. In 2003, Bryant was charge of sexual assault at a hotel in Edwards, Colorado, by a hotel employee. Bryant admitted an adulterous sexual encounter with the accuser, but without the sexual assault allegation. In September 2004, prosecutors dropped the case after his accuser conversant them that she was unwilling to testify.
