Ronaldo has scored 6 times in the last 4 matches for Real, with the club now sitting top in La Liga, above their bitter rivals Barcelona because of their goal difference.

In their last match they thrashed Xerez 5-0 with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring twice, both goals of top quality, the first he took on some defenders and fired a shot across the goalkeeper and into the bottom corner, and the second a wonderful header from a Real Madrid corner.
