Michael Rubens Bloomberg (born February 14, 1942) is the recent Mayor of New York City, and the 10th richest person in the United States, having net worth of US$18 billion in 2010. He is the founder and 88% owner of Bloomberg L.P., a financial news and information services media business. A lifelong Democrat before seeking elective office, Bloomberg switches his registration in 2001 and ran for mayor as a Republican, winning the voting that year and a second term in 2005.

Lawrence Joseph "Larry" Ellison is an American business magnate, co-founder and chief executive officer of Oracle Corporation, a foremost enterprise software company. As of 2010 he is the sixth richest person in the world, with an individual wealth of US$28 billion. During the 1970s, Ellison worked in a Ampex Corporation. One of his projects was a database for the CIA, which he was named "Oracle". Ellison was stimulated by the paper written by Edgar F.
